Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within our fulfillment center:
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days processing time
- Custom or Special Orders: 3-5 business days processing time
- Pre-orders: Ships according to expected arrival date
- Holiday Periods: May require additional 1-2 business days
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Most footwear orders ship via standard packaging. Oversized orders containing multiple pairs or special edition boxes may require:

Delivery Guidelines
Delivery Requirements
- Signature Required: Orders over $300 require adult signature upon delivery
- Safe Delivery: Packages may be left at recipient's discretion for orders under $300
- Business Addresses: Delivered during standard business hours
- Residential Addresses: Delivered between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM local time
Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed:
- Package will be held at local distribution center
- Recipient will be notified for pickup
- After 7 days, package will be returned to Golden Shoes
- Return shipping fees may apply for reshipment
Special Circumstances
Weather and Natural Disasters
Severe weather conditions or natural disasters may cause shipping delays beyond our control. We'll provide updates and work with carriers to minimize delays.
Peak Season Shipping
During high-demand periods (holidays, sales events), please allow additional time for processing and delivery:
- Black Friday - Cyber Monday: +1-2 business days
- December Holiday Season: +2-3 business days
- Back-to-School Season: +1 business day
Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has entered processing, address changes may not be possible and could result in additional shipping charges.
Shipping Insurance & Liability
All orders are automatically insured for their full retail value at no additional cost. Golden Shoes is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Delays due to customs processing for international orders
- Additional fees imposed by destination countries
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for immediate assistance.
