Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn condition: Shoes must show no signs of wear, with original sole condition intact
- Original packaging: Items must be returned in original shoe box with all tags attached
- Time limit: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
- Proof of purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
- Complete set: All accessories, dust bags, and documentation must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons:
- Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of use
- Custom or personalized footwear
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Products returned without original packaging or tags

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed packing instructions within 24 hours.
Carefully package your items in original boxes, attach the return label, and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Information
Processing Times

- PayPal: 1-2 business days after processing
- Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days after processing
- Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless item was defective
Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of returned items, excluding original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping is free when using our provided return label.
